No they don't taste like grape, they just look like grapes. These are grape clusters. My sweetie is going wine tasting with a group of friends and she made baskets for each person with cheese and wine, and all sorts of goodies. She wanted a cookie for each basket as well and decided on grape clusters in green and purple. I think they turned out pretty cute and they were lots of fun. Too bad you can't turn them into wine though...
